A compact bench wok burner for smaller kitchens, custom made in Melbourne by Suha Industries and available across Australia. The CW-1 has a 32MJ Mongolian burner in a lightweight, removable stainless steel body that is 590mm wide and 530mm deep. Choose a bench or drop-in model, or the CW-1S on a stand to suit. Both come in natural gas or LPG. It is a practical way to add wok cooking to an existing line without installing a full commercial wok table.
