Returns

All new items will come with a manufacturer’s warranty, returns on standard items will incur a 25% restocking fee and no fee is applicable to exchanges. In the event of a custom-made order, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Used items will come with 30 days working guarantee commencing from the invoice date, with returns and exchanges permitted. The guarantee does NOT cover glass, lighting and wear and tear, this applies to all used items unless marked as “AS IS, AS TRADED” as traded units are not covered by a warranty or guarantee.
