A commercial hot plate for steaks, burgers and breakfast service, custom made in Melbourne by Suha Industries for kitchens across Australia. The plates are 20mm thick, in mild steel (PGM) or one-piece moulded cast iron (PGC). Widths are 315, 615, 765, 915 and 1215mm, rated from 16MJ to 80MJ. Toaster-under models (PGTM/PGTC) are also available. All have cast iron burners, pilot and flame failure to each burner, a large grease bin and a stainless steel exterior. They come in NG or LPG, on a stand or as a bench model.
