Asian-style stock pot units are low wok burner units for heavy pots, custom made in Melbourne by Suha Industries for kitchens across Australia. Choose a large 180MJ jet burner (140MJ on LPG) with a 17" cast iron wok ring, or a 135MJ jet burner with a 14" ring. Both include a pot trivet. Single or double hole models come in widths of 615, 700, 1170 and 1400mm. Pilot and flame failure, full length water cooling, a rear (WTL) or front (WTLF) gutter and an all stainless steel exterior are standard.
