The BRENNER Volt 800 Series Induction Range with Oven is a 2-in-1 electric oven with an induction cooktop for cafés, food trucks, pub kitchens and small restaurants. It combines responsive induction cooking with baking, roasting and finishing in one stainless steel unit.
This 900 mm model pairs 6 induction zones with a 113 L fan-forced oven, on a commercial 415V three-phase supply.
